GLD – Partnering Worldwide to Strengthen Theological Education

GLD (The Global Leadership Development Initiative), a ministry of Global Theological Ministries (501(c)(3) nonprofit), strengthens conservative, biblically faithful Baptist theological education worldwide. Rooted in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), we partner with indigenous leaders and over 100 Baptist seminaries across 160+ campuses in 80+ nations on 5 continents—focusing especially on the global south (Africa, Asia, Latin America, and beyond), where explosive church growth far outpaces access to solid training.
We support regional consortiums, resource sharing, curriculum development, and practical partnerships to build self-sustaining institutions and equip the next generation of pastors, missionaries, and church leaders for faithful Gospel ministry.
